DATA Count & Pack S-160

After the success of its multi counting head project, DATA Count S-660, DATA decided to design a solution for packing seeds by number that will suit not only large manufacturers packing more than a million packages per year but also small and medium producers. For this reason, the company has developed, together with Israel’s leading packaging company, Pack Line, the new DATA Count & Pack S-160.

Although very compact in size, the machine can pack up to 6 bags per minute and can be supplied with a variable number of detection units, according to the customer’s needs. The DATA Count & Pack S-160 counts the seeds, fills the counted seeds into bags, seals the bags and feeds the filled bags into the container.

With this solution, every seed company can start packing its valuable seeds by number and more than that, do it with a fully automatic solution that requires minimum labor.
