Diamonds & Jewelry - Overview
From its inception, DATA has been developing innovative measurement technologies and products for the diamond industry. This was later expanded to the much larger jewelry market. DATA's advanced products can significantly save labor cost and dependency, eliminate mistakes and misuse in the handling of precious stones, and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
So far, the company has introduced four commercial products to the market:
- Diamond Count, an automated, rough and polished diamond counting machine capable of tallying large parcels of merchandise.
- DATA Count JR, a compact automatic counting machine addressing the needs and financial capabilities of small- to medium-sized companies.
- M Count, an automatic counter of rough diamonds and semi-processed and cut colored gemstones, with an expanded range and capacity, which is tailored to the specific needs of the client.
- VIBE-130, a hand-held scale for weighing polished diamonds and measuring their diameters.
